I am having trouble with stock videos. I am wanting my members to be able to download the stock videos within their memberships through their phone but currently shopify only allow you to be able to download from a laptop. Is there a way i can have them access the download feature while using their phones?

@contentgallery Are you selling stock videos on your store? Have you explored using a digital downloads app? For example, Filemonk - our digital downloads app - has a separate Download Page experience for customers - that means you should get past any restrictions and limitations set by Shopify on the storefront.
If I got this wrong, help me out with more details and I’ll try to hunt down a solution.

Tons of differences! The app you’re using is the free one from Shopify. It’s great to get started, but it will have limitations as you scale up. Using an app from another developer - like ours called Filemonk - will give you more features, and maybe help you better manage digital products & orders.
For your specific case, Filemonk will let your customers download their files from any device. There’s no restrictions based on where they’re accessing their files from.

FYI: most “free” apps from shopify, and other companies, are an introductory baseline of a bare minimum feature.
Generally if a business revenue relies on a process get higher quality apps.
