How do I enable the ability to add return fees on a shopify plus store? I see that stores on other plans are able to add a fee in the return creation UI of the admin. However, the plus stores I have access to as a partner are unable to add a fee for a return. This is despite enabling or disabling return rules in the store policies and creating a new order to reflect those new policies. Any help here would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!
