Allowing Store Permission for Notifications to Collaborator

Under what specific category in Settings → Users and permissions → Store permissions can I allow access for a Collaborator to manage the Settings → Notifications (Customers and Staff emails)?

I’m asking about Notifications under Settings and where I can allow permission for specifically this in Store permissions. The term “Notifications” doesn’t show up in the search field under Store permissions. Is it under a different wording?
