I RECENTLY USED MATRIXIFY TO DO A MIGRATION BUT ONLY THE PRODUCTS CAME OVER. IVE EDITED ALL THE PRODUCTS AND GROUPED TONS OF THEM AND MADE THEM LOOK EXACTLY HOW I WANT, BUT I AM UNSURE HOW I CAN DO ANOTHER MIGRATION TO GET ALL THE ORDERS AND CUSTOMERS OVER TO OUR SHOPIFY STORE FROM OUR BIG COMMERCE STORE NOW THAT IVE CHANGED SO MUCH OF THE PRODUCTS AND TEMPLATE. I AM NEEDING ADVICE ON HOW TO DO THIS SO I DO NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH ALL THE CUSTOMIZATIONS I HAVE ALREADY DONE. ALSO IS CART2CART BETTER TO USE VS MATRIXIFY? I AM USING THE HABITAT THEME. THANKS.

Amazing to hear that you were using our app for the product migration from BigCommerce.
Orders migration indeed is quite a bit more tricky than Products migration, but the fact that you have adjusted and edited products should not matter for historic order import.
The main idea for the migration would be that you need to export Orders data from BigCommerce to a spreadsheet file such as CSV or XLSX. Then you need to manually convert your file to the Matrixify template so that column headers and data structure match our Orders template. After this, you would be able to import the file into your store with the Matrixify app.
