Hi, and thank you for your insight on this.
I wanted to ask about Alt Text ,and whether this is something that can be added after the images have been uploaded to the internet? I have read that Alt Text and Image Names are considered very important for SEO and Google Ranking - maybe you can highlight whether this is actually true (as I’ve found a lot of my competitors do not have image names yet rank highter).
In a nutshell I am in the process of re-uploading all my products with new and improved images, but rather than delay this overall process by adding alt text to each of the thousands of images, it would be much more beneficial to have the ‘new’ site up and running and do this later - with time.
Any advise on this would be amazing. Thank you
