What is the Abandoned Cart Recovery App you are using, Please share your experience.
We had been using Beautiful Abandoned Cart Recovery by Marsello since 2019. We noticed it stopped capturing 75% of our customers few weeks ago. We tried re-installing without any resolution. We’ve also had ongoing dialogue with their Support “Amy” over 1.5 week span of emails without any resolution.
