Hi, I’m using Atlas AI Theme. At first it worked perfectly, I was able to install it, use it, update it.
And now, all of the sudden, it does not update fully when I make changes (mostly simple text changes).
Some text does get update, most of it doesn’t.
I tried clearing cache, using incognito, waiting,…
It’s strange that some text does update, but most doesn’t.
Any help please?
A few things usually cause this.
First, check if you have any translation apps running (like Shopify’s Translate & Adapt). If you’re viewing the live site in a specific market or language, the localized text will override whatever you just typed into the base theme editor.
Second, make sure you’re editing the right template. If you’re changing text on the ‘Default product’ template but the item you’re looking at on the live site is assigned to a custom template, you won’t see the changes.
Lastly, do you have any page builder apps installed? Sometimes they hijack specific pages and ignore theme editor updates altogether.
Check your markets/translations first though, that’s usually the culprit when only some text updates.
For third party themes from third party apps from third parties contact THAT third party and their support DIRECTLY.
These are peer to peer forums not private support.
Other people aren’t mind readers that magically have access to everything you’ve done and omitted from the description.
Do basic troubleshooting
Contact that actual supplier/vendor for thing
Present your work so far and in a way that doesn’t need other people to be mind readers.
Bare minimum effort.
