I recently made a purchase at a Shopify Store (Forestta), located in Quebec, Canada. I received the purchase receipt, and my banking account was debited accordingly. After not receiving any shipping info about a week later, I sent them an email inquiry to the email listed. No response. Then about a week after that, the store vanished. When I try to post the receipt link into the Shopify support form, it posts an error, so I can’t submit. I don’t believe there are live support folks any more.
Am I out of luck here? Thought maybe vendors here might have some direction for me.
