Hi,

I am getting mails from accounts with Shopify logo and seems legal, 'bout a week. The mails keeps telling me about “Make your store ADA or WCGA compatible or we’ll close your store within 24 or 48 hours”. I talked with them, asked questions. At some point, they leaded me a new person called “expert”. And this person wanted me some 200 dollars to make my store accessible or Shopify will close my store. Even the government will judge me for WCGA laws. The screenshots are below…

It’s a scam email because Shopify would never contact you from any other domain (like gmail.com) except for shopify.com domain so there’s nothing to worry about and for safety precautions it is always recommended to not share any information to scam emails.
