An "Also Bought" alternative that can sync between stores

I am looking for an alternative for “Also Bought” by Code Black Belt that serves the same function but has the functionality to sync manually recommended products across multiple stores.

We have multiple stores that have the same product catalog and the only available way to incorporate our “Also Bought” manual recommendations is to go through product by product and add the reccomened products.

Please, let me know if anyone knows of any apps that have this functionality or if there is a way to do this in “Also Bought” that I am missing.
