An App that Allows you to make Collections with More Complex Conditions?

Is there an app that allows you to make rules like:

It must have this ,but then it can have either of these things.

The parameter they have are , it must have all the conditions or it can have any of the conditions.

I want a combination.

Example

The collection will have items that have Vendor Nike

The Collection Can have items with Tag Shirts

The Collection Can have items with Tag Sneakers

Shopify will only let you have items that have all 3, so if you did this as:

  1. All Conditions, the items would have to be yes to all 3

  2. Any Condition. You would get all Nike items, all sneakers and and shirts.

I want more of an “If this, then that”

Smart Collections by Searchanise - This one looks like its no longer available.

The other one would cost $800 a month for my inventory size.
