Hello guys…I moved to Shopify from X-Cart. One thing about X-Cart is that the engineers that created the program also created the custom apps. I’m finding a very hard time getting quality Shopify developers:

Either they just want really quick and easy jobs and anything technical they pass on.

They say they are American companies, but find out later that they are outsourcing.
Are there any US based shopify developer companies that any CLIENTS recommend? Please not developers posting, I only want to hear from clients.
