Animation on website - how do I replicate this example?

Hello!

I really like the animation on this website - https://www.molo.com/ (THIS IS NOT MY WEBSITE)

The stars that move on the BACKPACKS & ACCESSORIES collections as you scroll - just bellow the homepage and carousel sections.

Have the stars been animated and uploaded in SVG format or is it a different kind of animation ?

I’m trying to replicate this on my website - it will be running on Prestige theme (yet to purchase).

I want to understand if this is possible, easy to code, requires a designer to do the animation etc.

Thanks Rifat, just to clarify - do I need to have a graphic designer make an animation with stars which a developer can then code on to the site?

Or is this something a developer can code directly?
