I can link an image into my announcement bar though it isnt available to see unless I also type text into the ‘Header’ section in theme customisation window on my store page.
This is the code im using in base.css file.
That’s an advanced theme customization as likely you need to go in and change the logic that prevents rendering of elements if the Header setting is blank.
