Hello,

I seem to have a little issue with my announcement bar. I’m not using any app first of all but everything so far has been done through coding.

Right now as you enter the website, you can see empty space of where the bar is supposed to be as its loading up. Of course it eventually does end up showing as the site loads, but I dont like the empty space above the header bar as you enter the site.

I’d like it if there wouldn’t be any empty space, but rather it would simply pop up after a few seconds of loading up the website.

If anyone can help out, i’d appreciately it greatly.
