The most challenging part of building Reportgenix was definitely finding the balance between functionality and user-friendliness. We wanted to create something that offers powerful insights but is also easy to use, even for those who aren’t data experts. The biggest challenge was ensuring data accuracy while balancing functionality with user-friendly simplicity, all while strictly following Shopify’s guidelines.
