We had initially subscribed for a one year shopify plan in India, for which first month charge was INR 20 which was duly charged. However, our plan was somehow converted to a monthly plan & we had changed it back to annual plan before first month end, for which we were charged INR 16,755.98.
However, since our plan was for 11 months starting from July 24’ 2023 to Jun 24’2024. We should have been charged 1499*11 months = INR 16,489. But instead we were charged INR 16,755.98. Why?
When we raised the issue, customer executive stopped responding to our concern which has been pending for almost two weeks now.
Expecting shopify team to address our concern ASAP.
