Annual subscription reimbursement due to new ownership

I have recently sold my Shopify store, and I would like the new owner to pay for the subscription fee. As I was just charged the annual subscription fee six days ago. Can someone please help me ?

If you’ve already transferred ownership of the store and no longer have access to the store, then the quickest way to resolve this issue would be to contact the new store owner as we’re unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community. However, if you’re unable to resolve the issue with the store owner directly, then you can get in touch with us through live chats via the Shopify Help Center. Alternatively, you can also consider contacting your credit card provider and notifying them of the transaction so they can assist you with recovering your funds.
