My Store is in India but my markets are USA, HK, Canada and Australia. Shopify Payments are not available to me. So I set up Stripe Payments other than PayPal.
I got a notification on Shopify that I have to upgrade to Stripe’s latest version and that the Stripe Legacy gateway will not be compatible with Shopify Checkout after 1st June 2024.
How to upgrade Stripes Payment to latest version? I work on my PC and not on my phone.
Even though my market is outside India, why can’t I use Shopify payments?
Hi, @vibrantart . Shopify Payments is currently only available in certain regions. You can learn more about Shopify Payments eligibility here. If you need more information on how to update to Stripe’s latest version I recommend reaching out to Stripe directly. They will have the most accurate information on how to do this.
Did you manage to fix it? I am having the same issue in India. Stripe and Shopify support could not help me. Stripe should test these things before rolling out such major changes.
Yes, Its same here as well. They’re not accepting and blaming each other… No ones fixing anything. I’m still in contact with them. They keep saying they’re working on it. They can just give us the Old Stripe Legacy Gateway until they fix it for Indian users.
