Any app that can automatically set up product urls depending on the color and size selected?

Do you know of any app that can automatically set up the product urls like this site? https://www.dagnedover.com/collections/indi-diaper-backpack#HeatherGrey-Large

As you can see, the url changes depending on the color and size selected

We want to do the same for our shopify site. The site above is also a shopify site

We are looking for an automatic solution potentially enabled by an app

Currently, this is how our site behaves: https://greatbayhome.com/collections/sheets-sets/products/belle-collection-printed-flannel-sheet-sets

We get variant ID appearing in the url when a size or color is selected.

As far as I know, there is no public app in App Store that can do this. For the store that you mentioned, they must use a private app or custom code on their own.
