Any apps that can do this?

I’m creating a shop to sell custom shirts. I want the user to be able to choose the shirt color, upload their design, and see it change on a mockup picture of a shirt as they do so. Once they have finalized their shirt color and design I would ideally like to auto-detect how many colors they want printed to help determine the price (for example, add $1 per shirt for each additional color). I also want to ask the user how many of each size shirt they want and determine pricing off of this (for example 10 shirts total = $10/shirt, 20 shirts = $9/shirt, etc. where the price goes down based on number of shirts).

I know there are apps out there that can do the designing and apps out there that can do the bulk discounts but I haven’t found one that can do both. Are there any apps out there that already have this functionality? Is it possible for me to combine multiple apps in this way? If not, how can I create this on my own?

You can defenitely combine multiple apps in this case, 1 product customization, and 1 for bulk discount. Regarding the pricing based on color count might require custom coding or you can use product options apps in combination with custom scripts

Regarding your issue, it is indeed quite challenging to find an app that can fulfill all those requirements since you are asking for customization in at least two different aspects of the product: color and price. You will likely only be able to achieve this through a combination of multiple apps, including a product customization app and a bulk discount app, I suggest Globo Product Options, Variant for customize products, and DISCOUNTY or VolumeBoost for bulk discount.

Additionally, there are a few things you should be aware of: the two apps may potentially conflict with each other in terms of data if they are not integrated, as they do not share databases. You might also consider another option, which is to hire a developer from Shopify Expert to build a custom app through the Shopify API.
