Trying to set an offer whereby a customer gets a free £10 giftcard with their next order.They need to purchase minimum of 1 item and enter the code FREEGIFTCARD to get the free giftcard,its a Christmas offer we’re offering our loyal customers.
I’ve tried it on a few test orders and all I get is FREEGIFTCARD discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart.
First off, I love this offer. It’s a great way to get new customers! I suspect the reason it isn’t working is the customer will actually need to add the gift card to their cart in order for it to apply. Applying the code doesn’t add the free product, it must be there all ready to work. Kindly test this and let me know how it goes.
