any limits to creating workflows in shopify

hello @, I am new to shopify and trying to understand what limitations there are to creating workflows in shopify - i am less interested in creating them for Ecommerce but more based on when people browse certain pages on the site, I want a customised Email to go to them which is relevant to that page.

EG: Joe public browses but doesn’t buy anything off the site - the page he browses is about Pink fluffy toys, I want him to receive an email on pink fluffy toy offers 3 days later

is this possible if they never bought?
