I have not personally used it but I have heard good things about it. From what I see, it lets you move away from Shopify blog and into their blogging platform with more versatile control.
If you are looking for more customizable blog layout without moving entirely into DropInBlog, Zeno Landing Page builder has a $19 plan that supports unlimited Blog posts.
I have not used them for blog posts but I am using them for a client’s product page, and it has been working well so far.
This is an app specifically designed for recipe blogs for better formatting and SEO purposes. Highly recommend if you are in the food business / blogging about recipes.

I would add Magefan’s Blog app to this list. It has a lot of advanced features (AI content generation, over 22 blog templates/layouts, strong SEO tooling, post scheduling, social sharing buttons, and so on), is easy to use, and is perfect for driving more traffic to your store.
