If the error doesn’t occur in the app, then this would indicate that it’s likely related to a local issue. Due to this, I’d encourage you to attempt some additional troubleshooting steps to see if this helps to resolve:
- Ensure that all the browser’s cookie preferences are not set to ‘Block All Cookies’.
- Access the shop in an Incognito Tab.
- Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome or Firefox with cookies not blocked).
- Try Another Device.
- Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App.
- Try Restarting your device.
If after attempting all of the steps outlined above, the issue persists, please contact us directly. This will allow our advisor team to take a closer look as we wouldn’t have access to any account details through the Community.
