Hi, I’m trying to figure out a way to do this. I have few, but some abandoned carts. In some cases I see a code I could suggest, and I do not trust AI or any automatic tool with this. I just want to issue a custom email. I do not want to write an email, I want a template. I was able to make one from the notification system but when I use the messengers it knowns nothing of my tags for abandoned carts. Is there no app , or tool that lets me decided how the abandoned cart email go out? Everything I try is fully automated.
Nothing is preventing you from creating your own abandoned cart campaign, pick who you want to send it to, and send it when you want. Just go to the Shopify Messaging app (not notifications settings).
Also I can not pick a person to send to, its forcing me to make a segment. This was excruciatingly difficult, spent hours with the AI tool, trying to help. It finally made a segment with one user. It would be nice if there was a way to pick one person.
