Anyone else frustrated with new "update" re: Inventory vs. On Hand Quantity?

I am sorry to hear that your inventory numbers haven’t been correct. The changes to the inventory states should not affect your current inventory numbers. If you have noticed any changes to your inventory that were not done by you or any staff, please reach out to our live support to report this along with answers to these questions:

  • When did you see these changes happening?
  • What products were affected?
  • What were the inventory discrepancies you noticed?
  • Were you able to see these inventory changes in the inventory history for the products?
