I have been having an issue with a payment taken via my store (customer used Shop Pay Installments) since September 8th and have been trying to get support from Shopify to NO AVAIL! Nobody at Shopify has any kind of response to give me other than that they will look into it at some point. To make matters worse, they do zero phone support now. I just have to sit around and hope they feel like having the courtesy to provide support at so point??? I’m trying to run a business here and I feel this is completely unprofessional. I’m bringing in anywhere from $10,000 on a bad month and $35,000 in sales in a better month, yet I feel like my business is unimportant. How do I get support from this company? Any recommendations??
