Anyone else having issues with trying to upload documents to Hyperwallet to get their business verified?

I made the mistake of looking to see if I can get USD paid out to a UK company (with a US bank account), but it doesn’t look like it’s possible.

Shortly after that, i was told that the app payouts were on hold until the business was verified (even though I didn’t change the payout method).

Ever since then, i haven’t been able to get the requested documents uploaded through the Hyperwallet portal. Have reached out Shopify partner support 4+ times. Have shared videos, screenshots, tried different browsers, tried incognito mode… and still can’t upload the documents…

So given all of this frustration, fact that the revenue remittances are now on hold, I’m wondering if this is a specific issue to my account, or is affecting other partners more widely?

despite persevering over the last few weeks, the Hyperwallet upload process is still broken. We cannot our documents uploaded and hence cannot get verified and hence all payouts are on hold.

This is getting critical, so we’d appreciate this being escalated within the Partner apps team to look into. We’ve been dealing with Partner support for the last few weeks but there is still no resolution on this as of today. We first reached out over 2/3 weeks back now.
