Anyone Else having problems contacting shopify chat help or any help?

Does anyone work at shopify help center anymore?

I’ve been trying to contact shopify customer support/chat using the prompts and buttons on their website and it appears they have set their Shopify support on a perpetual loop that consistently sends me back to the shopify customer support landing page or spits me back to the Shopify Community forums. I need to get ahold of someone in customer service because our customer signup and cart are having significant issues, but I’m unable to get through. Beyond aggravating.

Thank you for reaching out about this and I am really sorry to hear that you have had a difficult time getting in contact with our live support team.

The steps to contact support should be as follows:

  • Follow this link: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support (or use the Contact Support button at the bottom of the Help Center page)
  • Sign into your affected store account.
  • If prompted, select your active store.
  • Choose a topic (Store Settings > Online Store > Themes)
  • The page will load with common questions, support articles and all available live support options. Choose your preferred support option to get connected.

If for any reason that isn’t working, please clear your browser cache and cookies and try once more. If that still doesn’t resolve it I would recommend connecting with our social care team on Twitter or Facebook for faster troubleshooting then what I will be able to do here in the forums.
