I am 100% positive none of them have been in business. The decisions they let their developers make for us make zero sense and always complicate things more for us. They clearly don’t use their platform since they prioritize ‘clean dashboards’ over easy to use ones.

I’m guessing there trying to use cloudfare to filter requests to the their server. There most likely being hit with DOS attack.

Quite extraordinary that @Shopify_77 are tagged in mutiple times and will be across all threads in this chat however there is zero response from them. Missing in action. Not exactly ‘customer focused’ or whatever bollocks they profess to be!

I just successfully opened a new work ticket through the chat - whether it will do anything I don’t know but they did give me a link to the support ticket but you can only open it if you are a Shopify employee!

I’ve had the cloud flare page for weeks - still getting logged out endlessly. I think we all deserve a big discount. Time consuming and annoying.
