I suggest EVERYONE contact Shopify support directly and tell them you are having this issue. They are now giving me these BS messages about how their forum is ‘monitored’ and I should stop sending all of your messages to them. So flood them with your problems.
Just make it clear that it is NOT on your end. And ask them to escalate it because you know that it is a known issue. Be adamant that you have changed nothing about what you have been doing for YEARS. Also do not accept anything as a solution like ‘changing browsers’ or ‘using the app’. They need to fix this, it is not acceptable.
