Just went through this (again) today, this is the response i got this time (no timeframes, no commitments, just ‘we’re working on it’ )
Earlier we were talking about a recurring issue on your store which you are being logged out on your account whenever you are using it and mentioned that this is not an isolated case since this is also happening to others that is why I have checked with our support team and here and was able to get a response that the developers are already working on it as they want to improve the platform for the betterment of the everyone specially you as our merchant.
