Over the weekend, we started seeing instances of Cloudflare error pages stating: “You are unable to access myshopify.com”. I assumed as the admin, I had a bad cookie or something that was interfering with Cloudflare monitoring. I was able to open the site without issue in an Incognito window. After clearing my cookies in my normal session, I was able to access the site again. However, we’ve also had customers contact us who are obviously not Shopify admins and received the same error. No significant changes have been made to our site for a couple weeks. Anyone seen this before and have any idea what could be going on?
