Anyone here using Jim2 ERP with Shopify?

Hi everyone,
We’re currently using Jim2 as our ERP and planning a migration to Shopify. I haven’t come across many examples of businesses integrating the two, and Jim2 doesn’t seem to have a native Shopify integration.

Just wondering — is anyone here successfully running a Shopify store with Jim2 as your backend ERP?

  • What integration method are you using (custom API, middleware, manual sync, etc.)?

  • Any lessons learned, limitations, or workarounds you’d recommend?

Would appreciate any insights, tips, or even confirmation that you’ve made it work!

Hey, we run Shopify with Jim2 as the backend, using Jim2’s eBusiness framework for order automation via XML. Shopify order webhooks fire to a middleware service that transforms each order into Jim2’s XML sales order format and submits it through the eBusiness service, so web orders land in Jim2 automatically.
