The website which you’re referring to doesn’t looks like they’re using an app and it kinda looks like they have custom coded it. Although I’m not 100% sure but according to my inspection it looks custom coded.

It’s a headless build, so no apps.
Does this take a developer to do or is this something I could be able to set up?
To do that many moving parts right and or exactly like another site takes a developer; especially to do in a reasonable time.
Simpler requirements can use any run of the mill personalization app product builder app etc etc etc just have to burn your time finding one and figuring it all out.
Yes, if you need it inbuilt and looking good like theirs, although some apps can get it done, but not totally like the one you sent.

Just search the app store for product personalization , don’t take the first app offered on the forums.
