API Data set not matching browser data

Hi just wanted some insights from the Dev team.

It seems our API data is either incomplete or something isn’t working well, as it’s matching poorly with our Pixel data on the Browser side. On some days, there’s even 0 events measured from the API side. We’ve checked app for integration, checked Meta for events setup and matching and reduplications, and everything seems fine from those ends. The only issue we can think of is something from Shopify server side that’s not sending the data properly. Any insights are appreciated! Thank you!

Can you tell me a bit more about what API you are trying to use? If we are talking about the Web Pixel API we should move this thread over to the online store discussion board as its more likely to get traction there.
