We’ve just received a notification from Shopify stating that our app has been delisted due to non-compliance with Privacy Policy requirements.
However, we had already updated our Privacy Policy on 9th April, and the same has been reflected in the app’s Privacy Policy section on the Shopify dashboard.
The policy was created following the template provided by Shopify and vetted by our legal team.
Additionally, we had a conversation with a Shopify Support representative last week to confirm everything was in order post-update.
The representative reviewed our Partner Dashboard and assured us that everything was correctly configured.
Given that we have taken all the necessary steps, we are surprised to find the app delisted today.
