App "Digital Downloads": Can't change/update associated files

Hi everyone!

I have been facing some issues with the app “Digital Downloads” lately. Somehow I can not update the associated files to my products anymore.

Usually I went the normal way to open the product, within Digital Downloads, see the file currently associated with if, click “change”, select the new file (ZIP), it gets upload and the question shows up if previous buyes should be informed.

But now when I click “change” and select the new file, abolutely nothing happens except some box showing up for a millisecond - most likely some error message - but it closes itself directly, so no chance to read it.

I have already made sure the files names are okay, tried different files, tried them from different locations/drives on my pc, even tried it from other computers aswell. Strange thing is it appears to be a bit random … one day the change doesnt work, hours later with the same product and file it works the way it should do.

Anywhen else experiencing this issue?
