Hi everyone!
From one minute to the next the app “Digital Downloads” seems to have stopped working. Customers purchasing download get a message about a delay on the checkout page and don’t receive the mail with the download link.
When trying to access the app from admin dashboard I get the following message:
Oauth error invalid_request: Could not find Shopify API application with api_key
Quick help would be highly appreciated as we use the app to cover some of our main incomes through shopify.

Seeing similar behavior on my shop as well that started this morning. Might be a problem with the app in general.
Judging by the error message it seems like the apps API key is no longer accepted by shopify. So ether the key was changed or the way shopify handles the API key. So definitly an issue we “normal shopify users” can not fix but needs to be checked by the developer. Really disappointing as this should really not happen with an app developed by Shopify themselfs.
Let’s hope this gets fixed soon although I have to admit being not to optimistic as we didn’t even get any feedback to the issue by someone official yet and the app hasn’t been updated for ages …
I created a ticket with Shopify support regarding the problem … so fingers crossed …
