App embedding for specific market

Hi there!

We are desperatley trying to get a RTL language translator app to work for a specific market, hebrew for the Israel market only. We are told we can only do this via coding of which i am unsure where to even start. any help would be great, loshki.com

Thank you for your reply, although before i start can i check that this will only apply for a specific market and not create a blanket translation for the entire site, as we will mainly be operating in europe with english as the main language?
