App for email survey on delivery, not on fulfillment

I’m looking for an app that will send a survey email on the delivery of an order.

I’ve looked at other apps like the ones on this page: https://apps.shopify.com/categories/store-management-support-feedback-and-surveys

And so far a lot of them only send on order fulfillment not on delivery.

I prefer to send the survey email when the customer actually receives the product, not when it’s been shipped out.

Ideally the app would offer a free tier as well.

Orderly Emails isn’t actually free, it’s $99 AFAICT.

I haven’t looked at Klayvio but I’m already using mailchimp and I have over 250 people on my list so I’m not sure if it would still work.
