APP for showing Post-purchase upsell for Cash on delivery payment

Hello there,
I am wondering if there is an APP that has the post-purchase upsell works on COD payment.
I have checked many apps all of them have The post-purchase upsell only works for credit card and PayPal payments.

Post purchase upsell apps that integrate on Shopify checkout are currently not compatible with the Cash on Delivery payment method although I’m sure in the future they will. You need to look for post purchase upsells that integrate on the Thank You page rather than on the checkout.
