Ok. I’m completely overwhelmed with this and hoping someone can guide me along. Here’s the issue and use case.

I need some combination of apps that includes the ability to create a boatload of product variants, but that also syncs inventory back to the product level. Not in a master/component relationship. Here’s the use case:

i sell engraved items. My biggest seller is cups. I have 100 + designs pre made for these. The products are listed by design. Then you can choose cup color. I currently have multiple listings for each design - one in each cup size - but I want to combine them into one product and add those as variants. So it would ideally look like this:

100+ products (organized by design)

each product has 2 variant sets:

size of cup

color of cup.
(Ideally this has conditional logic to show the cups available in each color by size as they do vary).
Inventory tracked by product- to enable inventory sync with channel apps like litcommerce, etc - as I list on multiple marketplaces and this helps me keep everything synced up as Shopify is the master inventory.

here’s what I’ve been doing:

as mentioned, all products are created by size and design now. So I have a 30oz collection, a 40oz collection, etc. then in each collection I have the products listed by design title. Then the only variation is color.

this works but it’s clunky and my store has too many listings.

I tried using easify options. It works great for workflow and design, but it creates sub products which don’t sync to the main product which means I can’t manage inventory in the multichannel app.

I am using easify inventory sync and this helps a TON with keeping cup color inventory synced up across each design in the same size.

id like something with the logic and flow of easify options but that tracks to local variants on the product instead of making bundles or anything else as that really won’t work since I need to sync the variants. Though I suppose it’s fine if each individual variant is its own hidden product- as I can simply sync those? I’m not sure how that would work. But that may work better due to various marketplace restrictions on variation limits.

there has to be a way to do this and I’m just not finding it. Thanks so much.

Possible to share your URL ? We created app called Synkron which may help you to stock level of variant. We have feature called Buddy SKU and you can define buddy or duplicate SKU which inventory sync should happen. Buddy SKU is used to sync inventory between two different SKU.

Hi, is Synkron able to sync Etsy and Shopify?

I need an app to do that and then also sync fabric colour quantities across all relevant items on both stores.
I’m handmaking things and only have so much of each colour on hand.
