Does someone know any shopify app that is tracking the order amount spend in a month and show it as a drawer in the cart? I want to allow only specific amount of users to use this feature not all.

You can calculate the monthly spent done by user using the steps mentioned in below video.

To work for B2B users only you can tag your B2B users with some tag or metafield and run calculation code.

By using this flow you would not require any APP, if still looking for APP we can make a custom app to fulfill your request.
