I don’t know if it’ll work for others, but I simply had to just delete the proxy settings and reinstall them. I think I entered them wrong the first time and I couldn’t get Shopify to reset until I did so.

Just in case it helps some people, as I was banging my head against the wall on this. Editing proxy settings seems like its working but it doesnt really, to apply any changes you must remove the proxy and add it again.
