Is anyone aware of an app that will allow a user to upload and store various files to their profile when logged in?

Depending on what exactly you are trying to accomplish, you may be able to do something like this with the Helium Customer Fields app, which allows you to build custom account forms and includes an option for a file type field for customers to upload files through the form.
@Brett_Helium - is it possible to give the user access to the previously uploaded files or are they only available through the admin of your app? For example, say the file is a design that was uploaded for a previous order. Would the user be able to select that file from previous uploads for a new order?

The Customer Fields app does not have any direct integration with orders. Technically the file would be visible to the customer if they access the form again where they uploaded the file, however I believe only a thumbnail is actually shown, so this may not be ideal if they are trying to download the file to use in an order. Our app is more intended for storing data as part of their account, not so much as customer storage for storing and retrieving files, especially as part of orders.
