App rejected by shopify because of 3rd party cookie issue

App made using shopify CLI(shopify app create node). A theme app extension is added to the app.

App rejection message

  1. Embedded apps that rely on 3rd party cookies are prohibited from the Shopify App Store. Implement sessions tokens to embed your app. Review our requirements for more information. See this screenshot for reference.(https://shopify.click/04-17-3743-544.webm)

How are you handling sessions within your app?

Embedded apps should use App Bridge to manage this.
