I’m trying to reactivate my app on shopify but it says that it’s not possible and that an email was sent explaining the reason.
But I didn’t receive this email and I want to come back with the App to make new integrations.

In this situation you will want to reach out to Partner Support from within your partner dash to have the email resent to your account. Partner Support will also be available to answer any questions you may have about how to get your app relisted.
