App that allows you to see customer journey on your website?

Hi guys,

Ages ago, for another old store, I downloaded an app that wold actually show me a video of what the customer did on my website i.e how far down they scrolled on website, what pages they looked at. It would show this via a video.

Does anyone know which app this is? or any similar apps that show what the customer is doing?

My average length of stay is less than 20 seconds. I’m keen to see where I am going wrong.
